Coota Gulla Preschool

Coota Gulla is an Aboriginal Pre-school at Liverpool West Public School.
Coota Gulla means ‘children of ours’. The pre-school is run by our pre-school teacher Miss R Cassar and Aunty Michelle, our Aboriginal Education Officer.

Belonging, Being and Becoming: The Early Years Learning Framework for Australia outline our preschool practice to support and promote children's learning which includes indigenous programs. Each year students participate in many cultural events and programs

Coota Gulla is also involved in the You Can Do It program which develops skills in the following areas. Getting Along, Persistence, Organisation, Confidence and Resilience.
